I'd agreed on the problem with PPI's Xjack. We had a few of them and
they all had the pins broken after awhile. Since those pins are not
straight, it's very easy to get them bend out of shape when removing the
phone cord and it only take one time to bend and then you're in trouble.
The Hayes Optima are made a little bit better so I have no problem with
them so far.
