PCMCIA CD-ROM drive?

This is more of a general laptop-related question, but I'm looking for a
good PCMCIA CD-ROM drive.

I'd like something that takes its power from the laptop instead of having to
carry yet another power supply...
I'm looking at a quad-speed or above... SCSI-2 PCMCIA interface should be
included...

Thanks in advance for any advice/experiences/tips... 

PS: it's for use with a ThinkPad 701c.
