With CDW you must understand that ALL of the sales persons are on heavy
commission. This means that when someone gives you a price, ask for a
better one. Then tell them that you are a stock holder and want the
stock holder discount. (No kidding it does work.)

Humor aside, when you get a price that you like out of CDW you must
place the order on the spot. Even if you live down the street, put the
item on will call. The people in the store have no reason to honor any
deal which was discussed over the phone.

As you can see, I have dealt with CDW a few times myself....
