Thanks Ron, good feedback and I totally agree.  Customers should be assertive
and standup for what's right.  I'm sure CDW would have honored the lower price
or given Robert a refund if he spoke to a supervisor or manager.  That's one
of the neat things about being a customer of a large company with multiple 
levels of management. If you believe "they've done you wrong" and the manager 
you're talking to isn't any help, you can go above his head and follow the
chain of command until you find someone who will help you.  Most good managers
don't want a customer going their boss and, even in difficult situations, will
generally find a way to satisfy the customer.

If Robert is correct about the new 755cx not supporting 65K color depths
at a resolution of 800x600, IBM is going to have an opportunity to see some
of my assertiveness.  False advertising is a very serious issue.
