Analytical Gel on pBR322 and pGFP(LVA) Samples

Methods:

1. Follow protocol in Appendix E.1.
2. Because not sure of the DNA concentration, setup the following tubes, and pipet into the corresponding lanes:

   

3. Run the gel for 1.5 hours.

Figure 2.1(a) shows the gel, with a strong pBR322 concentration, but no pGFP(LVA) concentration. As expected, the 8   pBR322 lane was very bright, while the 2   pBR322 lane was not quite as bright, but still very visible. Decided to grow more    (100ml), and maxiprep again.
