Inoculate    again (100 ml)

Methods:

1. Thaw    from stock.
2. Inoculate 100   of thawed    into 100 ml of LB Amp liquid (in a flask).
3. Shake water bath overnight.
4. Check for glowing culture (with UV).

Results: ( 2/6/99)
Colony grew, and culture seemed to glow under UV.

(b) Analytical gel electrophoresis on maxiprep for pGFP(LVA). This time, pGFP(LVA) is quite noticeable in the right two lanes, next to a 123bp ladder. The maxiprep debug samples are not noticeable.
