NT 4.0 went RTM about two weeks ago.  Some retail copies exist (I have about 6
on their way to Atlanta for Networld+Interop).  IBM has stated that they will
support NT 4.0 on the Thinkpads when its available.  However, there are no
utilities for the *older* Thinkpads now (I only have a CX, so that's what I
check!).
