The Toshiba 850MB (12.5mm) is selling for $239 new (Drive Outlet Center 
at 1-800-260-5944).  You will have to use your old plastic drive caddy.

I know nothing about this vendor except they advertize in Computer 
Shopper.  Also note, you will loose the ability to hibernate if you buy a 
Toshiba drive.
