ah so, you advise them to buy at a retail store, but to take someone along who can advise them -- sure that's good advice -- I have helped a lot of people buy stuff, but I must say my experience with J&R has been poor, not nearly so good as Rockwell -- of course I am a good customer at Rockwell, and they all know me, and that helps!
