        You may have missed the fact that Win '95's PCMCIA drivers don't
manage power well (maybe not at all).  I read somewhere that you may want
to use your IBM/ThinkPad PCMCIA drivers (the old DOS ones) instead.
They're not 32-bit, but they do power down the cards when appropriate.
