Panasonic KXL-D720 / SCSI

Has anybody managed to get the PCMCIA card that comes with the Panasonic
KXL-D720 CD-ROM to work as a normal SCSI card under DOS/Win? In other
words, is there a driver that enables the card to talk to other SCSI
devices, like an optical disk, for example?
2)
Can someone provide the 1-800 number for IBM, for repairs/replacement of
parts?...
