many newsgroups, do you?

If you really want to have an informed opinion on this issue, go read 
comp.os.unix.freebsd.misc and subscribe to _all five_ general access 
FreeBSD mailing lists. The s/n ratio is lower on the mailing lists, 
which _includes_ a "chat" mailing list.
