Problems with Mwave 2.0

Right now the 28.8 modem is only homologated in the US, Canada and Japan...
Other countrys will follow, but I don't know which ones or when...  There
should have been a section in the MWAVE200.DOC file that mentioned this - I
will add one in now and also a news flash - and I'll get the document
revised officially... sorry about that... no way that I know of to use the
V.34 modem outside of the US, Canada and Japan at the moment...  I will look
into what files are required to go back to the V.32bis modem tomorrow at work...
