Some of it is going to be difficult, just because of formatting
differences (maybe--things like this are weird) between PC and Mac.
But one solution I know works on our Novell network with SCSI
CD-ROMs at least, is this item called "DiscPort". It hooks into the
network and essentially acts like a SCSI Host Adapter in controlling
the CD-ROMs for the entire network to access and use. I don't know if
it would work with your application, but it may be something you'll want
to look into. Its made by a company called "Microtest" that appears to
be based in the Netherlands, but has an office in Phoenix. Sales can
be reached at (800) 526-9675.
