windows won't start

I may be the only person with this problem, but just in case...

About 3 months after I installed WARP, I lost the ability to start windows
under DOS boot.  Windows under WARP worked fine, so I didn't bother
figuring out what was wrong.  Today, I had a bit of spare time, so I fooled
around a bit and fixed it.  All I did was run C:\WINDOWS\SETUP.EXE.  I
didn't change any options. I just ran it!  Everything now works.
