Well... what I meant was that it doesn't EXPLICITLY talk about
c-w-c-c. There is wording that talks about continuations. I think it
would help to include an example or two in the proposal, including one
or two using call-with-current-continuation. Also the proposal should
outline how to change the formal semantics to accomodate dynamics.
