Used ml of bacterial medium, with the QIAGEN-tip 100 protocol up until the actual QIAGEN-tip 100 use. Then, switched to QIAGEN-tip 500 protocol, because didn't have any tips of 100. Geo finished the protocol, and claims that he may have lost 1 or 2 of the DNA pellets, after ethanol step.
