Methods:
- Pour 300 ml of 1X TAE into flat tray
- Pipet 60
of EtBr (10 mg/ml, to give 
EtBr). Generally, want 
EtBr per 1 ml TAE.
- Put gel in TAE+EtBr, and let soak for 2-3 hours
