Non-profit (U.S. only) organizations, institutions, commissions, agencies, etc.
How many copies can my non-profit ask for?
There is no limit on quantity, but
note that books are packed 36 per carton,
so we can't ship fewer than 36 copies.
Please request only the number of cartons
(see chart below)
that will cover the amount you need in the immediate future.
Extra copies can be saved or passed along to others,
while additional cartons as needed are only a phone call away.
How long does it take to receive the books?
Books are normally shipped by UPS within two days of receipt of your request.
Transit time depends on your distance from Ypsilanti, Michigan, where
the books are stored. It ranges from approximately a day within the
immediate area, to three days for the East Coast, and a week for the
West Coast. Allow some extra time for unanticipated delays.
To request books, provide the following information on your
letterhead (no cover page is needed), and FAX it to Ella Mazel at 781-862-4253.
- Full name of organization
- Department (or any subdivision)
- Full street address (no P.O. box number)
- Room number, suite, etc.
- Your telephone number
- Your fax number
- Your name and position
- Whether or not the organization is a 501(c)3
- How you plan to use the book
- Quantity needed (number of 36-book cartons)
- Date by which books are needed, if for a special event
- How you heard about the book
- Any other information you would like to share
