NT 4.0, Mwave and Thinkpad Utilities ....

I am trying to get the utilities diskette to work on my 755ce.  When
I create the diskettes from the archive, there is suppose to be an
executable file called INSTDRV.EXE to prepare the installation process.
However, it is NOT found on the diskette (the .DLL *is* there).  Does
anyone know where I can find this executable program??
