I had one user who tripped over the phone cord and jerked the XJack out of
its socket, and I broke the little wires in my own once. Both times,
though, I just called their support line, got an RMA number, FedEx'd the
broken one out to Utah, and got a replacement within 5 business days - no
hassle.
