A happy tale - Mail order reccomendation

Here is a happy story.  I thought you'd all appreciate one for a change.

I live in OZ and ordered a 16MB Memory Module for my TP760CD through Michael Paul of 
Portable Enhancements (in the USA) and was so pleased by the service that I thought 
I'd tell you all about it.

I must admit I had some fears about sending my money to some faceless company 
overseas but my fears were eased a little by recommendations from other people in 
this list who had been PEP Sales customers on the past.  

My fears were further eased by Michael as he kept in touch with me throughout the 
process.  He emailed me when my bank draft arrived (I don't use credit cards), and he 
told me when my order had been shipped.  Later, when FEDEX in OZ apparently couldn't 
contact me to organise delivery, Michael again emailed me and asked me to contact 
them.  

My order had been handled quickly and professionally and I have nothing but praise 
for Michael Paul and the level of service he and Portable Enhancements offer.

I have no hesitation in recommending Portable Enhancements, even if you live on the 
opposite side of the world.
