That's great!  And the right thing to do!  It's just that most companies that I
know about (IBM, Sun, Microsoft, Novell, etc.) do not consider on-line systems
part of their formal support channels.  Even if they sponsor them (like
CompuServe fora).

I didn't say I disagreed.  Only that I think your expectations are
unrealistic.  Of course, that's your perogative!
