Where the hell...?

Where the hell is UTTP1311.EXE on the ftp.pc.ibm.com ftpsite?
It's gone! It is no longer in the pub/pccbbs/mobiles directory!
Did IBM remove them? 

I need the PS2 program (among other things) for my TP755CX. Can
anyone point me to the file or at least send me the stuff I 
need (PS2.EXE and PS2.MSG afaik).
