Mirror site for Thinkpad drivers?

I am downloading Windows 3.11 for the Thinkpad 760ED from
http://www.pc.ibm.com/support/tps/tpw311.html and that site is *slow*.
Really it's the ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com site which is the problem.  Is
there any other place to get these drivers?

Is it my ISP, perhaps?
