Any particular reason you marked this message "highest priority"?  Isn't that
for things that need timely/immediate attention? (like when my manager needs 
some 401K form filled out by noon).  

Having the sirens in the mail program go off and yank my priority chain just
to find
out about the batteries in a 701 doesn't top my list of emergencies.  The
message
you replied to came as normal priority, so I was just wondering why you thought
it was a hot enough topic to bump it up to highest?
