Using MWave in Europe

1)  Is is possible to connect with MWave in France?  ...and How?  Thus 
far, no MWave telephony software is available from IBM (although it is 
available for most other European countries).

2)  What do I need to do to connect internationally using the MWave 
modum?  Even the people at IBM Communications were not sure whether the 
telephony software and simple cable adapters would be sufficient.

3)  Does the MWave software impliment low-pass-filtering to filter out 
the "toll pulses" on German phones?
