nope - it is the Intel Chip who controls the PCMCIA-Stuff :)
You just have to change your pcmcia-Stuff in
/etc/pcmcia/pcmcia.opts or wherever your options are
(depends on your pcmcia-cs-version). There you just have to
exclude irq 12 for i82365.
