It is happening to me too.  Whoever is doing this stupid digest, stop
it, and quit sending it over the list, and delete me from your list of
persons to whom you send it separately!  My e-mail server takes 20
minutes to download it all to me, rendering e-mail worthless as a mode
of communications.
