755cx w/NEC 3FGe

Hi,

I recently acquired an NEC3FGe for use with my 755cx and Dock II.  Right
now, I'm just using Win95's built in 755cx video driver at 800x600/256
Colors.  This is mt preferred mode of operation.  However, the screen
flicker on my 3FGe is horrible.  How can I make adjust the refresh rate?
Should I go to the IBM VESA driver loaded from DOS?  Any other options?
