Long Repair time?
just wondering, has anyone experienced long repair time for ezserv
repairs?
I got my 701C 4 months ago and this is the second time it's had to
go back to ez serv repair. the first time took 5 weeks for the part
to arrive and 3 days in ez serv. this time it's been at ibm for
over two weeks and I just called them (after waiting for 3 hours
on hold I finally got to talk to a human) and they said that they
haven't gotten to it yet. She said it would be atleast another week before
they got to it and she claims they are working around the clock (meaning
24 hours a day) 7 days a week.
what happened to IBM's claimed 3 day turn around policy?
who can I write to at IBM to complain?
I'm a college student and I bought an IBM figuring that if it ever
broke down I can have it fixed in 3 days so I wouldn't miss it much.
but I guess I was wrong. I haven't been able to do my homework or my
labs for the past two weeks, if I flunk this semester will IBM reemburse
my tuition? I think not!
anyone got a email address to someone important at IBM so I can
send them a complaint?
