Yes. I had mucho problemos setting up a PCMCIA Modem and PCMCIA Ethernet in
95 when I first got it. Sounds like your problem is due to shared resources.
i.e. the two cards are trying to use/share one resource.

Try disabling the Infared and other non-essential devices to give extra
IRQs, and then move the IRQ of one of the cards to something else. If this
doesn't work then mail back with the models of the cards and I'll have a
snoop some more (BTW with my SMC pcmcia ethernet the Win95 Driver from SMC
solved most of my problems).

P/N 49G2196 AC Units seem about the best to me, no groovy velcro, but at
least they look and feel fairly solid.
