To the best of my knowledge, if it was patented it would have to at 
least have a "Pat pending" stamp on it.

Also, given that it is an enclosure, 2 AMP connectors and some cable, 
it seem unlikely it could be patented. You would probably be in 
trouble if you molded it exactly, but if you simply duplicated the 
functionality I don't see how you could have a problem. (Except, 
perhaps, the locking switch.)
