I'm having similar problems with a 16MB DIMM module in my 755ce.  On the
back of my module is stenciled "Kelly Micro".  If I take it out for a week
or so I can put it back in for almost a week and have it function properly.
My DIMM carrier or holder is manufactured by IBM.
