Sigh! So many people think this, a case of too much knowledge but not
enough. 2000AD *is* a leap year, and there is a 2/29/2000.

Unfortunately, many programmers know the piece of trivia that says that
centuries are not leap years, and dutifully program in the exception for
AD2000. Many programs have this bug!

Better they should never have heard of this exception, then at least heir
programs would work for another 105 years :-)
