760CD Best Price?

I'd like to know where you have seen the lowest prices for the
new IBM ThinkPad 760CD?  Best Price?  How much for additional
memory?  I'm interested in getting a 760CD with an extra 16MB.

Any feedback would be appreciated before I make my purchase.
