tp755cx in suspend mode

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone experienced the following problems with any model of tp:

1. Let the TP sit for a long time with no A/C. The notebook should go into suspend
   mode. It should still be consuming power until the battery goes real low and
   the notebook stuck there and fail to respond to any keystroke even though the 
   A/C is plugged in at this point. Hitting Fn->F4 could not get the machine off the
   suspend mode. The only solution is to hit the reset switch at the back.

2. This is more or less the same as above. Operate the machine with battery only until
   the orange power light blinks. At this point, according to the menu, you have
   one minute to plug in the A/C. If you don't, the notebook will then go into
   the suspend mode. Any keystroke (including the Fn->F4) will not get the machine
   off the suspend mode even after the A/C plugged in. Again the only solution
   is the reset button.

Is this a feature or bug? or if this is only me?
