IBM's Win95 SETUP disk

This is now available via the web at http://www.pc.ibm.com/support/tpw95.html
or via ftp from ftp.pcco.ibm.com as /pub/mobiles/win95set.exe

I've looked at it and it appears to be a disk to setup your Thinkpad for
installing Win95 -- but it seems you must run it from Windows 3.1

Anyone know just what it's supposed to do, if it does anything important,
and whether those of us who have already installed Win95 have any options
other than uninstalling Win95, running the setup disk, and then reinstalling
Win95? While not critical right now, I'd kind of like to be able to use the
FAX capabilities of the MWAVE DSP. (I've tried reinstalling the MWave stuff,
the >16M fix, and the FaxWorks stuff to no avail; I can do quick faxes from
the CallCenter, but I can't print to the Fax-printer)
