Leaving battery in

Ok, I did the rundown.  It turns out the light is turning orange and
starting to blink while there's still about 70% charge in the battery.
The fuel gauge (not available under Linux) shows the correct percent
charge, but the light is inaccurate.  Has anyone else had this problem
on a TP750?

The rundown made it almost to 4 hours (all power saving features
turned off).
