TP750C and Win-95

Hi all, I see a lot of traffic about Win-95 and 755 machines... Any tips 
of TP750C?

I have a TP750C, 12M ram, a Xircom Ethernet, and a Megaherz Xjack.

   - Will all this work with Win-95? 
   - Will sound still work after the upgrade?
   - Tips, hints, Warnnings will be greatly appriciated..
