You will find 32-bit file access in Windows 3.1 by doing this:
Click on main
Click on control panel
Click on 386 Enhanced
Click on Virtual Memory
Click on Change
at the bottom of the window will be a check box for 32-bit access
Be careful that windows doesn't change your size to something really large.
Also, some computers will not work with 32-bit access if sleep or
hibernation occurs at exactly the wrong time. This is not true with TPs.
