looking for harddrive and tape drive

hi, I have a TP755Cs with 20megs of RAM and a tiny 170mb harddrive.

I'm looking to upgrade the harddrive to 810mb.
also I'm looking for a tape drive that will work with Warp and connects
to the parallel port.
can some kind soul recommend some good drives?

btw, I'd like a harddrive that goes into my TP without any
assembly/disassembly.
the harddrive doesn't have to be IBM, as long as it works with my TP.
