Can someone please explain to me, a new Think-Pad user of a 755CE, what 
"Linux" is.  Can someone also explain to me why a message was posted to the 
board in the last day or two asserting that the 755CE is "obsolete."  I just 
purchased mine recently, and I am delighted with it.  The thought that the 
machine is "obsolete" is distressing, in the extreme, in view of what I paid
