755Cs hanging up after hibernation

the question that i initially asked was why does the 755Cs hang up upon using
my PCMCIA card after hibernation?
i could not figure out why.  a couple of people told me through this list that
it was because the computer didn't recognize the card slot after hibernation
and suggested popping the card out and in again.
this method works but an easier way for those people using windows is to click
on EZPlay.  then, you click on the card slot that you want to initialize again
and click on card info.  then click on change and finally ok.  this causes the
computer to reinitialize it and it can be used again without a problem.  it has
worked for me so far.
