Mine feel off last month (13 months old).  It hasn't really bothered me
much, but I'm going to check with an authorized IBM dealer nearby if the
can get me replacements (under warranty of course).

Mine didn't come off until I'd tossed the TP into a backpack.  Apparently
the pads gripped a book and while I was walking they were forcibly peeled
off.
