What I want in R^5RS

One could imagine that the only reasoning that is sensible would be
that after a DELETE-FILE, it would be impossible to open that file in
the particular Scheme image that did the delete. This can be achieved
regardless of what the OS thought about the situation.

If I liked to draw smiley faces, I would draw one now; but I prefer this:
