Interesting.  People want their macros to be hygenic but not their
reader macros.  Is this because, unlike normal macros, the expansions of
the reader macros have been specified?  If so, then I guess I could
agree with this point of view.  On the other hand, it would also be
possible to respecify the meanings of the reader macros without
mentioning their exact expansions, just as we do for normal derived
syntax.  Is there any support for such a position?
