   Before this looks too much like concensus, I don't like the name ``reclet'' at
   all and am perfectly happy with it being a special case of the LET syntax.
   ``reclet'' doesn't sound different enough from ``letrec'' to accomodate the
   great difference in semantics.  I can't see how the average newcomer to the
   language is going to be able to keep them straight.

Well, I worried about this a bit before proposing it.  A (very weak)
defense is that the C folks seem to get along having two library functions
names "modf" and "fmod" that do similar but distinct things.  Yuk.
