time & place of R*RS authors' meeting

The R*RS authors' meeting will begin at 8:45 am on Sunday, 24 July,
in the Maybird room of Cliff Lodge (the LFP hotel).  We have the room
until 6 o'clock that evening.  An overhead projector and screen will
be available.  Thirty two people have indicated they will come.

Please note that this meeting is distinct from the IEEE standards
meeting, which will take place Wednesday afternoon.
