Good news! Location server works with 3d data

It took some serious hacking, but for your collective reference all of 
bellj's thesis code now works with a real 3d representation of campus 
information, and all of the pre-computation that we'd discussed has been 
moved from the client side to the location server.  

My next step is to write a light-weight client app that will do basic 
routefinding and the like -- this is the kind of thing we'll embed in a 
webpage as an applet. That is my project for tomorrow, and if I can get 
that working I'll move ASAP to get something on the web. This demo app 
will run on a model of E2, just to establish that I won't be using any 
custom hacks that I implemented for NE43 last term.
